In a breakthrough development, Ukraine, under the guidance of Minister for Strategic Industries Alexander Kamishyn, has successfully caught up with Russia in the production of kamikaze drones, reminiscent of the Iranian “Shahed” series. These remarkable revelations underscore the burgeoning expansion of Ukrainian manufacturing and its competitiveness on the global stage.
According to the minister, current Ukrainian capabilities in kamikaze drone production rival those of Russia. Furthermore, the Ukrainian counterparts, witnessed causing explosions in Russia, showcase the prowess of Ukrainian-manufactured drones.
“This year, our ability to produce such drones is on par with Russia. We have Ukrainian analogs, and all that you witness exploding in Russia is the result of drones manufactured in Ukraine,” emphasized Minister Kamishyn.
Responding to inquiries about the resemblance between Ukrainian kamikaze drones and their Russian-Iranian counterparts, Kamishyn stated, “In terms of explosive capacity, operational range, and other technical parameters, our Ukrainian drones stand out.”
He went on to reveal that international partners have already expressed interest in purchasing Ukrainian-manufactured drones. This signals a growing fascination with high-tech products originating from Ukraine and the country’s potential to assume a pivotal role in the international defense manufacturing arena.
