Last week, the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched an innovative project set to revolutionize how citizens seek assistance in consular matters. Within this initiative, Victoria was unveiled – an intelligent assistant developed based on the renowned Ukrainian singer, Rozali Nombre.

Victoria is not only capable of providing information but also appearing on television and radio broadcasts to inform the public about current events abroad. Far from being a mere computer program, Victoria is powered by artificial intelligence, enabling her to adapt to various situations and deliver reliable information.

“My mission is to provide the public with prompt and verified information,” stated Victoria herself during the presentation.

Dmytro Kuleba, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, emphasized that this innovative solution will allow for more efficient use of state resources and free diplomats from routine tasks, enabling them to focus on more critical issues.

This step by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs demonstrates a continuous readiness to implement new technologies to enhance communication with citizens and ensure their safety in an ever-changing world. Victoria promises to be a reliable partner for Ukrainians in consular services and informational support.
