Ukraine’s Victory Plan: A Logical Path to Success Amid Russian Aggression

Ukraine continues to play a key role in military science, showcasing determination and innovative approaches during the Kursk operation. This is confirmed by Ukraine’s Ambassador to the UK, Valeriy Zaluzhny, who emphasized that Ukraine’s victory plan is absolutely logical and correct. The military actions carried out by Ukraine against Russian aggression aim not only to defend its territories but also to ensure stability throughout the region.

The former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine added that, although he has not seen the specific plans of this operation, he is confident that the Ukrainian command has considered all necessary aspects for its success. This indicates that Ukraine, despite all challenges, continues to develop its military strategy and tactics, adapting to the conditions of a protracted war.

The West Did Not Provide Sufficient Support in 2023

In an interview with The Kyiv Independent, Zaluzhny also noted that it is almost impossible to break free from a protracted war against Russia without stronger Western support. In his opinion, in 2023, Ukraine did not receive enough weapons to achieve significant success in its counteroffensive. This situation has been one of the reasons why Ukrainian forces were unable to secure more visible results on the battlefield.

This critical situation highlights the urgency of a swift response from the international community, which must provide Ukraine with not only political backing but also substantial military assistance. Only then can the balance of power shift in Ukraine’s favor.

Mobilization of Women: A Last Resort, But Possible

One of Zaluzhny’s key points is the readiness to mobilize women if necessary. He stressed that Ukraine might call upon women to serve if it is required to save Europe from war. However, he also pointed out that other ways should be found to prevent a repeat of the events of 1939.

“If we need to mobilize women to save Europe from war, we will do it. But in my opinion, we should prevent war through other means, not by calling up Ukrainian women,” Zaluzhny stated.

These words emphasize the seriousness of the situation Ukraine faces and show how far its leadership is prepared to go to defend both their country and Europe.
