Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has unveiled a concrete possibility regarding the defense of western territories of Ukraine from potential threats. “When we gather behind closed doors, I tell all our partners: my dear friends, we are open to considering any cooperation options. If you wish to lease, we are ready to provide leasing. If you want us to cover your border, we can do it, but we need your support,” noted Kuleba.
