Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, has reportedly made a hush-hush visit to Ukraine, according to a report in The Telegraph.
Sources say the Duke stopped by a clinic in Lviv, where Ukrainian soldiers wounded in the ongoing conflict are receiving treatment.
This marks the second time a member of the Royal Family has visited Ukraine in the last three years. Back in 2024, his aunt, Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, made a trip to Kyiv.
During his time in Ukraine, Prince Harry was presented with a special and meaningful gift: a traditional Easter bread, known as “paska,” baked with flour harvested from fields cleared of landmines. This baked treat was made by grandmothers from the Sumy region. The Easter basket also included intricately decorated Easter eggs, called “pysanky,” painted by the mother of paramedic Iryna Tsybukh, who tragically lost her life last year in the Kharkiv region.
This unannounced visit from Prince Harry underscores the ongoing support for Ukraine from the international community and serves as a significant gesture of solidarity with Ukrainian soldiers and civilians affected by the war.
